TARGET Executive Search, an executive search company founded in 1994, is focused on searching for candidates for senior managerial  positions  in the region of CEE. In 2002, TARGET Executive Search  started the operations in Poland. The office is located in Warsaw and recruitment projects are carried out for companies all over Poland.

Our activities are characterized by full involvement in a detailed analysis of the potential candidates market and consistent focus on  in the search for candidates with competences defined in the candidate profile. The candidates recommended by us are very carrefully selected in accordance to  the needs of the organizations for which they are recruited. Most of the candidates recommended by TARGET Poland are long-term employees, often promoted in the structures of a new organization.
