Our Client is a leading worldwide producer specialized in production of packaging offered for pharma and cosmetic industry.
Currently the company is looking for : Regional Sales Manager East & North Europe (location: dolnoslaskie voivodeship)
Job description:
- Manage and increase sales of product portfolio in Eastern and Northern Europe
- Increase revenues and manage selling costs in line with the commercial strategy
- Responsible for the sales region of Eastern Europe, Russia and Scandinavia
- Monitor the market situation, understand short-, medium- and long-term trends
- Formulate a long-term strategy and manage resources to meet growth ambitions
- Build relationships with customers, continuous development of the customer to ensure the best satisfaction of customer needs
- Conduct contracts and price negotiations
- Proactive and autonomous supervision of key clients
- Support cross-selling initiatives with other business units
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primary packaging supplier
- Developed network in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Eastern and Northern Europe
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skill
- Fluent in English and Polish
