Most of our clients cooperate with us, while there is a need to find  senior managers with responsibility for the Polish market, for which we most often recruit professionals  for the following positions: Management Board Member, CEO, C-Level positions), as well as regional CEE positions – most often these are sales, financial and IT functions. We are looking for managers with high professional competences and the most effective leaders, often for niche industries that require an individual recruitment approach.

Our activities are based on the direct search method and are complemented by a thorough analysis of internet sources, a database review (we have a centralized database of candidates for the entire CEE region) and are usually supported by recommendations sourced from our network of local and regional contacts.

The search strategy is always prepared individually depending on the profile of the candidate and the sector sought.
