Dr. Klemens Wersonig

CEO

Klemens is the Austrian founder of TARGET Executive Search CEE as well as CEO in TARGET Executive Search Poland. Having several years of managerial experience in other sectors, in 1994 Klemens founded the TARGET company focusing on recruitment and headhunting of senior managers in Central and Eastern Europe. Since then, he has personally interviewed over 20,000 managers and has successfully contributed to the employment of over 500 managers. As CEO of a Polish company, he actively supports executive search processes, especially for German and Austrian companies, as he likes to be personally involved in daily operations and taking care of clients.
Before starting his professional career, he completed a Rotary scholarship in Canada and then finished his PhD in business management at WU-Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna. He was also the president of AIESEC in Vienna and did internships in the USA, Canada and France.
In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English, French, Hungarian and speaks basic Slovakian and Polish language.

Joanna Dulniak

Managing Partner Poland

Joanna holds a Master degree in Psychology with specialization in: Organization and Management, from the University of Wroclaw. She has been working in human resources consulting sector since 1994. From that time she gained experience in the Warsaw office of one of the largest Polish executive search organization (part of international network of headhunters ), which started as pioneer between companies of newly build locally in Poland services of executive search. Since 2017 Joanna has been managing TARGET Executive Search CEE operation in Poland, personally being involved in major recruitment projects and contact for the clients.
Apart from her native Polish, she speaks fluent English, communicative German and Russian.
